COVID-19 & the Holidays webinar

As we approach the holidays during a pandemic, I’ve heard so many questions about the best ways to plan ahead. So I was thrilled to join psychiatrist Dr. Pooja Lakshmin in this webinar to discuss making decisions and setting boundaries with families during a pandemic. We discuss ALL the things to think about as you approach this hectic time of year.

Dr. Pooja Lakshmin is a perinatal psychiatrist and advocate for women’s mental health. She’s developed a program to help mothers cope with feelings of guilt. Check out some of the great articles she has written for the NYTimes at her website

If you find this video helpful, I think you’d like my book Parenting in a  Pandemic too. Check it out!

Everything posted is my opinion and doesn’t represent the opinion of my current or prior employer. All patient references in stories are fictionalized (new gender, different issue, etc) to protect privacy. Recommendations are made in a generic way intended for education. The ideas I have may not fit every child or every family. Parents should use their judgment and ask their own doctors if they feel something doesn’t make sense or may not be safe in their specific situation. I am not your child’s doctor, and this is not medical advice.
